Refund 

You have 7 days once you have received your order in which to request for a refund. Please note you will only be eligible for a refund if your order is damaged or is not to the specification to what you ordered.

Exchange 

You have 7 days once you receive your order in which to request an exhange, please note the order must be unworn and in its original packaging. You will be liable for returns postage. Only once we have received your order will your new order be shipped.
